Sealed Bids for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Collection System will be received by the Village of Oneida Castle, at the Village Hall, 1 First Street, Oneida Castle, New York 13421, until 11:00 a.m. local time on March 4th, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the construction of approximately 22,000 linear feet of 8-inch or 10-inch sanitary sewer main and appurtenances, 2,200 linear feet of 4-inch or 6-inch force main, 1,000 linear feet of pressure sewer main and two submersible pumping stations within the Village of Oneida Castle.
The Owner has obtained financial assistance for the Project from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC) under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). Requirements of the Contractor, including EEO, MWBE and DBE requirements, are included in the Supplementary Conditions.

Bidding Documents are available for searching and viewing at www.avalonsyr-planroom.com. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Following registration and payment of a non-refundable cost of $20 (payable to Avalon), complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files or provided on compact disc. Printing and associated costs will be the responsibility of each party acquiring the Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders must be registered with the Issuing Office to be eligible to bid and to receive notice of addenda.

A pre-bid conference will be held on February 9th, at 10:00 am at the Village Hall, 1 First Street, Oneida Castle, New York 13421.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
