Construction of a Concrete Stage in Kemble Park

Sealed bids for the aforementioned proposal shall be received at the Board of Contract and Supply office, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York, 13502, until 3:15 p.m. on October 6, 2022. Bids shall be opened and publicly read in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Utica, New York, immediately after the time set for receipt.

Proposals must be obtained from the Secretary of the Board of Contract and Supply, Contact: Eugene Santa Croce III, Board of Contract and Supply with a request or questions at 315-792-0152 or gsantacroce@cityofutica.com.

No bids shall be received after 3:15 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply and be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work to which it relates.
No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin.

The Board of Contract & Supply resolved issuance of this bid proposal on September 15, 2022.
The BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid.
